The European Union on Wednesday adopted a long-awaited climate and energy package, which is aimed primarily at reducing the input of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere by 20 percent by 2020. The Ministry of Economy for MMC said that countries will need post-2012 emission rights greenhouse gas purchased at auction, will also be added to other greenhouse gases.
Proceeds from the auction will go into their budget, at least 20 percent of which will be given to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This is due to the difficult conditions for thermal power plants affect the price of electricity, which will be jumped.
