Spaceports will enable thousands of people from around the world to go to outer space. The Spaceport

Spaceports will enable thousands of people from around the world to go to outer space. The Spaceports Blog endeavors to provide information ssl certificate linking those with interest in the pursuit of space to spaceport development and the people and vehicles that fly from them.
Astronomers have found a planet, a mere 80 light years from Earth, that is wandering the heavens alone. The free-floating cold, dark planet, named PSO J318.5-22, is a gas giant with six times the mass of Jupiter and is a relative newborn as far as planets go, having formed only 12 million years ago notes Alok Jha writing for The Guardian . Such free-floaters have been reported before, but in the past, it hasn't always been clear whether these were orphaned planets or failed stars. This time, the scientists say they're sure it's a planet. Extrasolar planets, or planets found outside the solar system, have been discovered at various points over the past decade. Around a thousand of these were found when their host stars began wobbling or dimming because of the pull of the planet. However, only a small amount of these planets have been directly imaged, all of which are around young stars less than 200 million years old, notes The DailyMail .
