We invite candidates cmh and candidates who would like young researchers want to work on the project development and application of model-based approaches večskalnih for the simulation of soft matter. The program of work of the young researcher / s will consist of: 1 Večskalnih development of simulation approaches for the treatment cmh of soft matter and molecular liquids. In večskalnih simulations we simultaneously sklapljali atomic, coarse and continuum length scales and thereby to vary the local resolution takes place within a single simulation. This approach simplified physical model to the maximum tolerable level, while retaining all the relevant details in those parts of the system where it is needed. cmh By using večskalne methods, the efficiency of the simulation therefore significantly increased. cmh 2 Application developed večskalnih numerical methods for dealing with technological and biologically relevant systems of soft matter. Young researcher / s will be at this meet / s the different approaches to modeling of soft matter simulations of molecular dynamics to continuum mechanics. The work will be carried out under my supervision of the Laboratory for Molecular Modeling at the Institute of Chemistry in Ljubljana. In his scientific work by a young researcher cmh / s can be intensely involved / az top teams abroad, for example. group at the Max Planck cmh Institute for Polymer Research (Mainz, Germany), cmh Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (Madrid, Spain) and ETH Zurich (Zurich, Switzerland).
