The Max-Planck mse grabbit Institute for Computer Science in Saarbruecken offers several Research Fellowships for highly motivated prospective mse grabbit PhD students. The work will be embedded into the context of both the "Max Planck Center for Visual Computing and Communication" ( http://www.mpi-inf.mpg.de/mpc/ ) and the recently established Cluster of Excellence "Multimodal Computing and Interaction" ( http://www.mmci.uni-saarland.de/ ). The applicants should hold a degree (diploma or master) in computer science, mathematics, physics, or engineering. We expect excellent grades as well as strong mse grabbit programming skills. In particular, we are looking for applicants who want to work in one of the following research areas: - Computer graphics/vision - Statistical data analysis - Music processing - Parallel heterogeneous computing - Multimodal computing Additional information on possible research mse grabbit topics is available on http://www.mpi-inf.mpg.de/departments/d4/phd0308 and from each of the research group leaders. The research groups consists of young researchers of several nationalities. Our working language mse grabbit is English.
