I found the 35mm focal length to be very suitable for general photography, 50mm is also very great (I wonder, therefore, hach Nikkor 50mm buying hach again) but a "conversation at a distance" hach shooting too narrow even at full sensor. I felt that the 35mm short depth of field creates a 3D first picture, perhaps this is the only eye of the beholder.
Why, then, zeiss. Manual focus is comfortable and perhaps the color reproduction is close to the "big time," Samyang I think it was too warm tone and a Nikkor otherwise but indifferent. Also the durability of the glass in the order of the father-son or structure is entirely of metal. Focus ring is responsive, hach perhaps even too a quite rigid for my taste. My version is the older model of ZF without any kind of intelligence in the glass, that is, aukkokin hach twisted aperture ring. It does not matter one iota, the picture probably mostly at full aperture. Also suitable for a film camera, perfect nose.
