As signatories, we encourage a holistic approach to Collaborative Management of Open Access to Knowledge on Biodiversity, dokuwiki based on the following fundamental principles: free and open use of digital resources on biodiversity and associated access services; Licenses or waivers that grant or allow all users with free international and irrevocable right to copy, use, distribute, transmit dokuwiki and publish the work, and to exploit the work and make derivative works, subject to allocation in line with EU practices, while recognizing that suppliers can develop dokuwiki commercial products with more restrictive licenses.
