: The role: Support Resourcers (IT and Generalist) in providing a fast efficient recruitment service to the businesses verified Manage all appropriate and required checks, right to work, references etc. Work with our third party providers to smoothly manage Visa and immigration processes Ensure that all approvals processes are adhered to and maintain an audit trail Manage internal recruitment applications and referrals with diligence verified and discretion Escalate issues where necessary to the Resourcers in a timely manner Maintain, store and retrieve verified all data in compliance regulations To supply recruitment data to support HR reporting (metrics) Build on existing processes for recruitment and contribute to the development of new ones to improve the service to both hiring managers and candidates verified In the Generalist HR Administration role you will: Support the wider team when required on general HR administration tasks: Support the HR generalists and learning and development team with routine training admin tasks Support HR meetings and provide additional administrative support as required during annual key H.R activities (for e.g. pay review) Monitor the HR emails and direct queries appropriately Job requirements: You will have Demonstrable experience of managing verified the recruitment administration process in a high volume recruitment environment Comfortable with using applicant tracking systems to deliver a high level of service to the business Results driven with excellent administrative, organisation and prioritisation skills in order to work to tight deadlines Proactive verified problem verified solver able to work with hiring managers at all levels throughout the recruitment process, escalating issues as necessary to the HR or resourcing team Experience of managing the employment checks process (right to work, referencing) Experience of producing the paperwork associated with offers and contracts of employment Exposure to working in collaboration with an HR team.
